The company was founded in 1970 in Brunei. It is operational in Sabah 1985 which make it serve the public a total of 33 years in the field of printing and stationeries supply. Under the restructuring and expansion plan, Capital Associates (S) Sdn. Bhd. has diversified into other fields of business – Offset and digital printing; Office stationeries supply; Properties development & Oil palm plantation.

Capital Associates Printing Press (S) Sdn. Bhd. has been a well-known printing company since its establishment in 1985. The company is regarded by the government, the private sectors and the general public to be one of the most experience and foremost local printer which is fully committed to cater the needs by providing fast, efficient and cost-effective products with high quality and value.

Capital Associates Stationery (S) Sdn. Bhd. is considered to be a major supplier of corporate and academic stationeries at reasonable prices. We provide wholesale and retail of photocopy papers, envelope, computer forms, ring & paper files and other office stationeries and equipment. Bumishield Corporation Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1994 with involvement in the Property Development services. The company is now a multi-faceted ”property practice” with providing residential sales & management, retail leasing, building construction, facilities management and development. The experience started with the first project Taman Orchid by our sister company. Now the new Taman Orchid 2 is one of the hot sale properties in Kota Kinabalu. Hasintan Sdn. Bhd. is principally involved in oil palm cultivation and harvesting of fresh fruit bunches (FFBs). The FFBs production is mainly for cattle feeding for our subsidiary company as well as providing shade and protection to the current road system.
